About ten years ago, she got the chance to combine her interests and skills in a company of her own. This ready to hang, matted framed art piece features Beech trees full of red, orange, and gold leaves. Her current work ranges from atmospheric still life in natural light to intricate, technically sophisticated digital fusions, all based on self-shot photographic images. She started with botanical and garden photography, but over the years her work developed steadily into digital fine art with more abstract designs. An 11x14 giclee print under acrylic in a 16x20 wood frame. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating museum quality fine art reproductions. This high quality print is matted using antique white matting and comes in a wood frame. She is inspired by natural, organic shapes. Growing up in her Fatheri1/2s photo studio with cameras and photos everywhere around, Cora absorbed both the technical and esthetical side of photography from a very young age. A clear acrylic facing is added to protect the print. Creating evocative images that distance us from the daily grind, for a moment, is what drives her. After high school she did a master in floral design as well as, out of love and interest for art and history, an Academic study cultural sciences.
