Rugged Ridges provides plastic washers that are supposed to hold the bolts in place for when you install the bumper onto the mounting points, but if you're off by a millimeter, the bolts are going to move and the plastic washers won't do. The shackle mounting points are easily accessible and the hooks look vicious, which is what I wanted. You can re-install the L brackets after positioning the bumper on the frame. Price: 5/5 Hard to beat. Didn't want a giant stinger for example. Paid for it during install though.
