Elasticized, dark cuffs and waistband of the outer jacket keeps cold air out and warm body heat in. The outer jacket is made of fluorescent yellow PVC coated polyester and 3M Scotchlite reflective tape. Yellow sleeves of the bomber jacket can be zipped off, so it can be worn as a Class 2 vest. Zip out the inner polar fleece jacket and wear the bomber jacket as a two layer jacket when it is not quite so cold. When wearing the jacket as a Class 2 vest, the inner fleece jacket with fleece sleeves remains in place.
