Biltwell have managed to seriously up the safety aspect of the Gringo S, while still offering a slim, lightweight helmet with an extremely comfortable fit at a very attractive price point. The Gringo helmets have always combined sleek design with protective features, but Biltwell have now updated them to receive ECE 22.05 certification, making the Gringo and Gringo S road legal in Europe and the UK. The visor itself might look the same at first glance, but is now made using injection-molding technology, making it too ECE approved.
